FUN RIDE AT WANTISDEN ESTATE
SATURDAY 26 JULY 2025
We are delighted to have organised a fun ride to take place on the Wantisden estate near Tunstall, Woodbridge with two/three routes - approximately 8 and 4 miles, plus a short route (for mini members on lead rein).
The routes will mainly be on sandy tracks and field margins. Riders will be expected to wear hi-viz, carry a mobile phone and ride with at least one other person, in case of emergency.
Please show consideration to other riders and horses.
Refreshments will not be available so we suggest you bring a picnic to enjoy and share after your ride.
Open to non-members so please bring your friends!
If you want a faster ride please try and set off before 10am if possible.
Rosettes for all finishers.
Bookings close at 9pm on Thursday 24 July 2025.

We have several events throughout the year, including Spring Dressage, social evenings, car boot, Autumn dressage, Pleasure Ride, Mini-Member training sessions, a club camp, an online dressage league and more evening Show Jumping.
​
Last year we ran a Summer Camp at Forest Edge Arena in August. We offered a full camp with lessons and training, or a hacking camp, for those more laid back riders among us. it proved very popular, so we will run another in July this year
​

Our training sessions are a great way to help you stay focused over the winter months and are always good fun. We aim to encourage and help everyone improve. Open to members and non-members, great value for money, held at excellent venues too!

If you are interested in competing in a qualifier you must be a current member, and please check your/your horses eligibility in the rule book (online on the BRC website) and check the CURRENT vaccination criteria. There may also be VENUE vaccination requirements which must be adhered to.
